    Pros

    Lactium... I've never heard of it before, but there's a folk belief that drinking milk helps you sleep better. Apparently, this product contains the maximum amount of the patented ingredient that is the basis for this folk belief. It also contains two types of minerals that have a relaxing effect, which seems like a good addition. I'm the type who falls asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, and I often have very vivid dreams that flash by just before I wake up, about 4 times a week. But I only remember the feeling of the dreams, not the actual content. I sleep around 6-7 hours a day and never feel sleepy during the day. Anyway, on the days I took this, I didn't experience that dream phenomenon. I just woke up when my alarm went off.

    Other than that, I didn't notice any remarkable effects. I'd recommend checking reviews from people who had sleep issues. Since it contains dairy-derived ingredients, if you smell the tablet up close, you can detect a dairy-like aroma.

    Tip

    A more cost-effective 'supplement' that I found really helpful is L-tryptophan. If you take 500mg of it on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before bed, it helps you fall asleep peacefully. I experienced this during my hellish graduate school days (though I gained a lot too...) when I had trouble falling asleep despite being tired. Ordering it directly is cheaper, so I'd recommend that if you're not in a rush. But for chronic issues, getting a prescription medication is probably the best solution.
