I used to only take regular biotin, but I also tried the FD version. This is a chewable biotin with a strawberry flavor, but it's not like the powdery strawberry medicine you might be thinking of. The pills are on the smaller side (compared to the regular biotin they're a bit bigger), but they're still easy to swallow and chew.
ConsThe pills are a bit weak, so they easily crumble and turn into powder. By the end, I almost have to just pour it into my mouth.

However, I haven't chewed them, so I'm not sure if the real strawberry taste comes through.
ConsWhen I searched for side effects, I found several reviews saying that taking this product helped clear up their acne. Based on those reviews, I've been diligently drinking a lot of water, which seems to help.
