The formula is slightly slippery, but it's not oily at all! After cleansing, applying this immediately reduces the heat sensation and leaves a refreshing feel. There's no irritation whatsoever, so it's great to just keep it in the bathroom and use it. The dispenser, similar to a liquid bottle, is very convenient. You can just squeeze it directly onto your face and control the amount easily, allowing for a clean application. The refreshing scent also made me feel even better.
ConsThe product claims to manage pores, but to be honest... I'm not really sure. Compared to the runny texture, it completely lacks moisturizing properties. The slightly stiff finish is a bit disappointing.
