I've used up 5 bottles of this toner and am on my 6th, and there's not a single irritation. It only takes 5 minutes to fully hydrate. And even though it's the same cotton pad, the way it adheres to the face varies depending on the toner - this one sticks so well that it even stays on when drying your hair. I highly recommend it.
ConsThere are virtually no downsides. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the opening for making toner packs is a bit narrow.
TipYou can enter and remove the white cap at the entrance with your fingernail, and then pour the toner out in a steady stream.

It contains cactus extract and hyaluronic acid, which is why the texture is so soft and fluffy. It has a gentle, moisturizing feel. It also contains lipid-treated centella and a bit of panthenol. I really, really love it. When I wake up in the morning and wash my face, there's a unique, smooth, and transparent feel to the skin. Highly recommended!
ConsIt's a pity that the quantity seems to be running out quickly. I keep picking up one cosmetic product after another at Daiso since there are so many good ones there now. ㅜㅜ
TipIt's not a cotton pad. The molecular weight of the cactus extract is too large, so the cotton cannot absorb it.
