I usually eat lactobacillus probiotics, but the texture is almost the same. This one seems to have more lemon flavor added. I can eat it without water, it's convenient and good. Haha I eat it as soon as I wake up in the morning!! It also activates my intestines and the effects are good. I plan to repurchase it in the future.
