Eating around one or two pills and waiting a bit can help the swelling subside a little.

Pros
The failed inner beauty products are numerous, but this one is truly effective. My puffiness has subsided well.
Cons
It's a shame that the only downside was the price, as the taste was quite good. It had a candy-like feel to it.
