I think it would be good for those with oily skin! It definitely seems to produce less oil, so my bangs don't get as greasy!
ConsRight after application, there may be a slight sense of tightness, but as time passes, it adheres smoothly without any tightness whatsoever!!!

ConsIt's not so much disappointing as it is natural, but if you apply it several times, it tends to develop a slightly sticky feel.
