    Pros

Atopic dermatitis, severely dry skin The skin barrier is easily damaged, leading to frequent skin inflammation. This is a sensitive skin type that has suffered from atopic dermatitis since childhood. It seems like there are more unsuitable ingredients than suitable ones. This is my first review. This body wash is really great. Those with atopic dermatitis should definitely use it. If your child has atopic dermatitis, you should definitely buy it. I've given it as a gift to many people around me. I'm already on my 3rd bottle. Using this doesn't mean the atopic dermatitis will disappear the next day. It may still be itchy even a week later. But after using it for about a month, the itchy areas will significantly decrease. And by the time you finish a bottle, you'll likely stop scratching altogether. That's what happened to me and the others I gifted it to. Many people struggling with body acne and folliculitis are unaware that the issue lies in the ingredients in their body wash. The most difficult product for me to find has been shampoos, body washes, and cleansers that don't contain surfactants. For those suffering from body acne and folliculitis... Check the ingredients in your body wash and shampoo. Do they contain cocamidopropyl betaine? If so, that's likely the cause of your body acne and folliculitis. It can even cause scalp issues with oozing and itchiness. Surfactants are a really tricky ingredient. Products with sulfates and the like can also cause a lot of issues. These days, cleansing foams have actually gotten a lot better in the past 2-3 years. Before the pandemic, there were hardly any usable products. But now, there are quite a few good options, like the Heb Blue Foam Cleanser, Toredin Dive-in Foam Cleanser, and Esnature Aqua Rice Foam Cleanser. Before that, I only used the Senka Collagen-in Slightly Alkaline Pink Foam Cleanser, which was way too drying, especially in the winter. At least there was the Senka cleansing foam, but even that was a struggle. As for shampoo, there was really nothing suitable, so I had to use an expensive Australian brand. For body wash, there was nothing suitable, so I had to use Senka as a substitute. I tried all sorts of products, but ended up getting skin inflammation again and again. I really suffered a lot. However, as long as you carefully select the right shampoo, body wash, and cleansing foam, you don't necessarily need to use additional moisturizers to prevent atopic dermatitis. Recently, the products have improved a lot, and I became a bit lax in my selection. Starting this spring, I started using cooling shampoos, fragrant body washes, and cooling body washes. But then my body started itching terribly, and I started breaking out again. My atopic dermatitis flared up again. I realized my mistake, but it was already too late. I went back to carefully compiling an Excel file to review all the ingredients, identify the problematic ones, and reflect on my choices. In the process, I was constantly checking Hwahae to re-register products not yet listed there. Since this spring, when my atopic dermatitis started flaring up again, I've been using the Heb Blue products, like the Yuza Cleansing Lotion, and have been writing reviews, even requesting the addition of unlisted products on the platform. As for this body wash review, it's the only one that truly suits my preferences. 1) It has a subtle, sophisticated citrus scent, not a strong fragrance, and it's a gentle, mildly acidic body wash. I really dislike body washes with a harsh, detergent-like scent. Those with long-term experience with atopic dermatitis know how many such body washes we've had to try, and how tiring it is. Before this Heb Blue body wash, I used the Yuike body wash, which was okay, but the pump dispenser was very inconvenient. The Yuike body wash also had an overly raw, natural scent, so after showering, I didn't feel like I had actually showered, especially in the summer when the body odor lingered. You know what I mean, right? If you look at the Heb Blue body wash ingredients, the only red flag is the fragrance. Does that mean it's bad? Not at all. What's wrong with the fragrance? Does it cause my atopic dermatitis? No, no issues at all. I actually prefer having a subtle, sophisticated citrus scent over a body wash that just leaves behind body odor after showering. The slight fragrance is much better than that. 2) Since using it from June, my troubled skin has calmed down significantly. I haven't used a single drop of steroid ointment, just this body wash alone. 3) I no longer have to scratch furiously. 4) I highly recommend this to those with atopic dermatitis, body acne, or folliculitis. Just give it a try. 5) It's not available in a large size, which is a bit disappointing, but the pump dispenser is convenient, and the packaging feels high-quality. 6) The lather isn't as dense as mass-market products, but it still produces a good amount of foam. 7) As you can see in the photo, the packaging is luxurious and sturdy.

    Cons

The downsides are hardly visible. I urgently need a larger capacity. I know why you're not making a larger capacity.. It's because you're worried it'll get more expensive, right? Haha Please sell it at a low price. Haha I can just buy a lot of them, right? Haha

    Tip

    1) People with atopic dermatitis always think that moisturizing is very important and that they should apply something, but I always tell them that it's better not to apply anything. I don't really apply body creams or lotions because if you don't apply them properly, it can cause problems. Applying strange things can lead to issues. When I feel a bit dry, I just spray some Wellage cream or Wellage toner. After patting your body with a towel, there's still a lot of moisture left on your skin, so you can just use a 500 won coin-sized amount of moisturizer and it will cover your whole body. I also really like the method of putting toner in a spray bottle and misting it on. It's even better for moisture than applying lotion. Especially in the winter, applying toner to your body is better than using creams or lotions. 2) The body scrub mitt I use is from Pilimilli and costs 10,000 won. It's surprisingly refreshing and not too harsh. Even though I shower every day, there are times when I feel like I have some buildup, and using this to gently scrub really helps. I highly recommend it!
