Since I can take one before and after dinner, I don't have to worry about forgetting to take it, and I feel like I can enjoy my dinner a little more without worry. Haha
ConsI'm not sure about the fat-burning effects. But I do notice that I've been going to the bathroom more often?? It's a product that helps with fat reduction, not one that directly burns fat! So I didn't have high expectations, but the effects do seem to be quite minimal.

There was no unpleasant odor, so I didn't feel averse to it. While it may not be as fast-acting, it seems to help me feel a bit less bloated. And I think it would be even better if combined with other products.
ConsIt didn't seem to have a very strong effect, which was disappointing. I guess I had too high of expectations - it's more like a mild bloating relief pill.
