The cleansing power is not bad, and after washing, there is not much tightness, so I am satisfied. My dry-skinned husband also used it, and I, a combination/oily-skinned person, used it well together. The volume is also large, and I am very satisfied.

If I had to pick one, it would be that the formulation is a bit thick, making it difficult to use it all up. It doesn't seem to fit well, and it's not like a cheap one where the size is too large to find a match.

This is a product I continue to purchase. It is gentle, non-irritating, has good cleansing power, is in a large size, and I have been using it for years. There is a reason it is well-known. If you like a non-irritating, squeaky-clean finish, give it a try. In the morning, just a small amount is enough to cleanse gently, and it rinses off easily with water, reducing cleansing time. The slightly acidic formula rinses off well, but there are times when it can feel a bit sticky.

Since the entrance is quite large, it becomes very difficult to finish it at the end. I try to cut it with scissors at the end just in case, in order to clean the brush after use, but much more is left over than expected, which is a pity.
