ConsIt can be a bit uncomfortable to apply, and if you don't apply toner generously before using it, dry skin may feel a bit dry a few minutes after application.
TipIt's best to apply toner generously before applying anything else! When spreading it on your skin, using your fingers works better than a spatula for an even application! For dry skin, it's a good idea to replenish moisture after using it!!
