Touching it with your fingers feels like a firm jelly. You can slowly melt it with your body heat and use it. If you melt it with your fingers and spread it, it will be natural, and you can add a more shimmery highlight using the silicone tip than with your fingers. After spreading it, it sets well and doesn't smear easily, staying nicely in the area you applied it.

But what do I do with this? It's really pretty, really natural and pretty like a moisturizing glow, but when I apply foundation and put it on, the foundation just peels off right where I applied it.

This formulation seems to be for a highlighter... I bought the full-size product because I wanted to receive the keyring (highlighter), and I'm so satisfied that I wish I had just bought the highlighter itself. The jelly formulation has good adhesion and a subtle yet radiant effect. Since I personally prefer highlighters with a more shimmery, glittery finish compared to typical highlighters, this is a perfect match for my taste. The case color is also just right - so cute!

It's a pity that there is only one product.. I wish there were more types of highlighters! I hope they sell mini versions as well.. As it is a compact type, it is inconvenient to use if your nails are long.
