Pros
When I applied it, my skin, especially my eyes, felt soothing and refreshing. When I first bought and applied it, my eyes were almost unable to open...I'm not sure if that was just me. While there may be individual differences, I didn't dislike the soothing sensation, but I think my skin may not have agreed with it and that's why it felt soothing. The finish was not sticky at all and felt fresh.
Cons
While it was a positive aspect, at the same time, the disappointing part was that since it was an eye gel, it felt extremely soothing to the point of not being able to open my eyes... I didn't know, but it seems L'Oreal products are not that gentle.
