This is the only product I've found that has minimal smudging. People have different experiences, and I've heard a lot of complaints about excessive smudging, but this is the least smudgy one for me. Lasting power. As long as you don't touch it much, it won't come off easily, so no need for touch-up makeup. Smudging. Unless your eyes crease a lot from laughing all day, it hardly smudges. Based on my experience, it only smudges if you cry. Fallout. There's no powder fallout. If it gets a bit dry over time, there may be some powder, but even then, the powder itself is hardened, so it doesn't smudge when wiping it off. Texture. It has a creamy, dense texture. It may be difficult for those unfamiliar with using a brush, but I find it easy to apply.
ConsI think they used to sell just the refill without the brush, but I can't seem to find that anymore these days.
