The large capacity makes it easy to apply generously, and while it has a thicker feel compared to a cream, the application is still quite smooth.

Pros
Other body scrubs leave a stinging or tightening sensation after use, but this product has no such tightness!! It definitely feels like a coating is left on the skin after scrubbing!!
Cons
The salt particles inside are too large. If you apply too much pressure while rolling, it hurts ㅠㅜ It starts off quite hard, but becomes a bit softer with use.
Tip
If it's too hard, adding a bit of water and mixing it before use helps it spread more easily.

The product worked wonders in the winter. In the past... The texture glides on smoothly.
Cons
It feels like it's just sitting on the surface, you know? It's a night-time formula, so it feels a bit heavy and sticky - not sure if it's greasy or moisturizing. Looking at the ingredients now, they're really not great...I haven't used it for a few years. There are so many good body moisturizers with better ingredients these days... You have to scoop it out with a spatula, but if you use your hands, the product can go bad quickly.
Tip
Just use a more affordable, gentle moisturizer. It's not really anything special.

I'm pregnant and my brother-in-law bought me a stretch mark cream. At first, I only applied it to my belly, trying to conserve it, but later I started using it as a body lotion too. It has great moisturizing power and absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling soft and not sticky at all. I'm in the final stage of my pregnancy now, and I haven't developed any stretch marks yet.
Cons
When I went to repurchase it, I found out it had been discontinued and replaced with a different model. They say the new product has even stronger moisturizing power. One thing I didn't like about the Body Shop product was the metal cap that you had to push down to open - it was sometimes inconvenient to use.

Pros
I've been using this product for almost 10 years. Even in the summer, my body is often too dry to the point where I have to apply moisturizer (I have a tendency to not sweat much). But when I use this, it doesn't make me itchy or feel tight. I have a habit of always showering in hot water, which makes me even drier, but when I'm extra dry, mixing this with monoi oil and applying it to my body is the ultimate in moisturization!! I generally had good experiences with The Body Shop's spa line products. I've tried body butters and other brands, but the body balm still seems to be the most moisturizing for me.

The steep price increase over the long-term use was disappointing.
