It is an extremely fine mist spray. Is it the Innisfree Green Tea Mineral Mist? It sprays even more finely than that product!
Cons
Thanks to the ethanol, it dries quickly. While I've used it for a little over a month, I don't expect much whitening effect, and I'm not sure if it even has any whitening effect at all. It contains quite a few irritating ingredients.
