This cleanser seems to be gentle enough for use even by those with sensitive skin, though it may not be as mild as an acidic cleanser. It's suitable for morning cleansing and for those who don't wear much makeup. When using acidic cleansers, I often feel that my face is still oily and that the oiliness lingers on my hands, sometimes even causing seborrheic dermatitis on my nose. But this cleanser is different - while there's still some residue when rinsing with water, a few more rinses removes the oiliness completely, leaving my skin soft and clean. It's a smart cleanser that washes away oil well. I really enjoy using it as a daily cleanser.

The fragrance has a bit of a stationery/paste-like smell. It's the kind of scent used when making paste... haha. A strong, scrubbing kind of smell. But it's not so overpowering that it's a major concern, so I'm still using it comfortably.

Pros
As the name suggests, it's mild and fragrance-free. It does not give me skin breakouts.
Cons
This is not enough for cleansing makeup. It does not remove foundation so I do not use this at night time. It's just a soap so I can find out other products that are cheaper and do a similar job. I also don't think this has a hydrating effect.

I've been using this mild soap as my morning facial cleanser since my early 20s (I'm 30 now🤦). ☺Fragrance The fragrance is really mild and nice. It tells me that this product won't harm me while I'm washing my face. ☺Cleansing Power It removes oil well and leaves my face feeling soft and clean^^ It also creates a good lather. (It's not suitable for removing heavy makeup, but it's great for light morning cleansing.) ☺Gentle!!!!I have really sensitive skin, but I don't get breakouts when I use this every morning!!!!
Cons
What's the downside? I think I just love the Clinique Facial Soap.

The refreshing feeling is really nice. Swoosh~ But you might also think it's not that great.

I'm using this product after having some skin troubles, and I've completely changed my skincare routine at the store. It looks like a liquid soap, but the texture is just like seaweed gel. I scoop some into my hands and use it to wash my face. When washing, it feels as slippery as bathing in a hot spring, so I rinse it 3-5 times and gently pat dry with a towel. It feels refreshing afterwards. I've seen some reviews saying it's hard to wash off, but I didn't have any issues with that. After washing, my skin feels moisturized and soft, just like after soaking in a hot spring. I then applied a few creams and a recovery cream, and my skin troubles started to calm down a bit. It seems like my skin was lacking in moisture and hydration, so I'm hoping that with continued use, my skin troubles will subside.

The cost-effectiveness is a bit disappointing, so I took off one star, but I'm satisfied with the product itself.

This is a truly mild cleansing foam. It's very gentle and soft, which works well for my dry skin. It doesn't strip away moisture. I usually feel a bit of tightness after washing my face, but this product definitely causes less tightness. It takes some time before I feel that tightening sensation. On days when I have light makeup, this alone is sufficient.
