  This is the eyeliner that has been responsible for my eye makeup in my 20s! Haha I've tried all sorts of smudge-proof eyeliners, but this one is undoubtedly number one. I have really smudgy eyes, but this one truly doesn't smear at all. It glides on smoothly and dries quickly, so my makeup is done in no time. Haha
