The formula is not sticky and settles quickly upon application. It absorbs quickly and the moisturizing effect lasts a long time. When I apply it on very dry lips, the dry areas become Hwahae, but the Hwahae areas are not as dry as before. When I apply it on non-dry lips, it doesn't cause Hwahae. The Hwahae is not unpleasant at all, in fact, it is quite pleasant. I'm satisfied with the scent, longevity, moisturizing effect, and price.
