  I'm not sure if it really blocks UV rays well, but it seems to be blocking them! It just feels like applying a lotion, and it's moisturizing too.

  There's no white cast at all, but I'm not sure if the moisturizing effect comes from oil or water. It feels a bit sticky too. The ingredients include acne-causing components, but it also has acne-soothing effects. If I use the wrong product, my face tends to break out.
