ConsAh! Excluding the large-capacity body wash, the regular containers are not pump-style, but flip-top containers that you squeeze. Personally, I find the pump-style more convenient. I'm not sure if the large-capacity shampoo was also pump-style, or if I'm just using the body wash pump on the shampoo now - my memory is a bit hazy.
TipIf you have oily hair, shampooing twice can help keep it clean.

The price is also quite reasonable compared to other shampoos.
ConsAt first, the lather doesn't come out well, so you have to use a lot. It seemed like the cleansing power was weak in the beginning, but it got better as I continued using it.

Since my hair is permed, I have to wash it every morning, but the condition of my hair has improved a lot and I don't lose as much hair. I don't think I could go back to using regular commercial shampoos like before. I highly recommend this gentle shampoo with minimal harmful ingredients.
Cons1. The lather doesn't form well (I guess I was just so used to the detergents before). 2. The fragrance is just so-so. While there are no added fragrances that could be harmful to the body, the nice scent that lingers after washing is also not there. 3. I'm not sure if this is available for purchase in Korea.

At first, it didn't lather much and I felt like my hair wasn't getting clean, which was frustrating. But after using it for about 2 months, I noticed that my hair was not falling out as much. Now I'm using it consistently, and I'm able to maintain soft and smooth hair even without using conditioner.
ConsThe downside is that it's difficult to find, and even though it's affordable in Australia, it's more expensive in Korea.
