  The scent is lovely, and it leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and moisturized as soon as I apply it. I use Epigran and then layer on a generous amount of ampoule at night, and in the morning my skin is so smooth and supple. It's also great for the summer.

  Since it's made of glass, I'm always worried about the glass powder getting into my skin whenever the lid breaks. Using the dedicated bottle helps filter out the powder, though. The price is a bit steep, but I usually buy it through direct import.

  I bought and tried several Dr. Grandel ampoules, and they have a nice fragrance and good application. They immediately provide a moisturizing effect. However, there are other ampoules that are significantly better, so I didn't feel that these were exceptionally good.
