The product was full of shortcomings without any good points... I think I bought it in bulk through home shopping, but I've just left it unused after using a few.
Cons
The hair pack is inside the hair cap, so it doesn't spread evenly on the hair. You have to rub and massage it while using it, but even then, it doesn't spread evenly and just ends up coating the scalp heavily. So I have to scoop out the pack from inside the cap with my hands and apply it to the hair, but it's inconvenient to wear the hair cap, and the sticker just peels off, making it a hassle in various ways. Moreover, the pack doesn't rinse out well.....And even though it's not that effective, my hair ends up stiff, yet limp and matted. I've seen many people using this product in the bathhouse, but I've never seen anyone using it comfortably on their own ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ You have to help them use it ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ In conclusion, it's the worst.. Just use a different hair pack and a regular hair cap. That saves time and is much more effective.

My hair became soft. It remained soft even the next day, and my hair was easy to brush. It was a bit better than just using a light treatment.
Cons

Pros
I usually do it for about an hour, but the longer I do it, the more effective it seems to be. The treatment inside didn't seem better than other products, but since I used the cap to extend the waiting time, it seems to be more effective.
Cons
It's not as tightly sealed as a rubber cap, so even after wiping off the moisture and putting on the cap, water still seeps through to my neck. After shampooing, towel drying, putting on the cap, wrapping a towel around my neck, waiting, then rinsing again, towel drying, and drying - it's just too much of a hassle. It's a heating pack, but I only feel a very slight warmth, so I'm not sure if it's effective. Pros
It's convenient that it comes ready to use on your own head. When showering, if you shampoo first and then immediately use the hair pack, and do the rest, the timing should work out. After using it, my hair feels even softer and smoother than other hair packs.^^
