  The writing feel is thin and soft(?) Just a slight stroke and it draws so well and vividly.

  Cons

  It smudges way too much. I have one hooded eye and one double eyelid, so I really carefully draw the lines - trying not to emphasize the hooded eye. I first drew this with this, and it went on so smoothly that I thought it was great. But a couple hours later, the area under my eyes and even on my eyelids became all smudgy and messy. Even though it smudges well, it doesn't wipe off easily. Wiping with a cotton swab doesn't help, it only comes off with oil cleanser - I'm in panda state.

  Tip

  Drawing the eyeliner and pressing with a no-sebum powder helps it smudge a bit less. But even then, it's about the same. The Kate liquid eyeliner is better.

  Why does it smear so much... It usually doesn't smear much and is long-lasting, but this is a bit too much.   Since I have good skin, my eye makeup also wipes off easily. It's thin, so it applies neatly and doesn't smear much. There's little bleeding.
