It has a powdery feel, like the scents I often encounter in Europe. (Personally, I started with this and Penhaligon's Peony Blossom became my all-time favorite fragrance. TMI)

This Penhaligon's brand was a brand that I was curious about, as it had received the Royal Warrant twice, so I wondered how good the perfume must be to receive the Royal Warrant twice.
