It's a case where I first used the Tsubaki conditioner and treatment, and then used the shampoo of the same brand, after my hair condition became really messy from using the regular domestic products that are widely available in the market. I'm a bit on the tougher side, so I used the product without much dissatisfaction. But compared to the regular supermarket products, it was much better. I used the Moist and Volume Touch 2 types, and the Volume Touch suited my personal preference better in terms of fragrance and usage feel. The fact that it's non-silicone was the most satisfactory part, and I was able to create rich lather with just 2 pumps for my long hair reaching below my waist. Although my scalp and hair don't feel squeaky clean, I think the cleansing power is quite good. My hair has improved a lot now, but if you don't want the heavy, moisturizing feel of the Moist type which is suitable for damaged hair, and prefer a moderately refreshing feel, the Volume Touch and Moist conditioner would be sufficient. Even though I have dry skin and hair, the Moist type somehow felt like it would get greasy quickly.. I've used Tsubaki for a long time, and to change it up, I ordered a different brand shampoo today. But if I come back to it, it might get even better.
ConsDespite the product name being Volume Touch, the volume function is hard to expect. I really dislike how my hair gets stuck together. I want to use Tsubaki, but I don't like the greasy feel. I would recommend this to those who feel that way.

ConsIt would be better to use laundry soap instead... It's like a shampoo that sucks out all the nutrients from the hair. I've never seen a product that makes the hair this stiff before. I usually have great hair, but after using this, my hair is tangled and frizzy for the first time. Absolutely do not buy it.
