Although I occasionally used a different shampoo on days when my hair felt too stiff, I used this one almost daily. I used it twice a day, in the morning and evening, at the beginning. I'm still growing out my hair and am considering buying another bottle.

While it's noticeable in the photos, the actual growth is even more evident. It's grown 7-8 cm in two and a half months. It does seem to be growing about 3 cm per month, just as described in other reviews. Even though the hair texture may become a bit stiff, it's worth it. And while other treatments tend to show results only after a while, this one starts showing clear length increase right from the beginning. For impatient people, I'd just recommend using this product.
