  This has been the number one shampoo I've used so far. Due to irregular eating habits, frequent drinking, and various other reasons, my hair was severely falling out. It wasn't quite at the level of hair loss, but it had gotten to that point. I've tried just about every functional shampoo out there. After using the Secret Mud Shampoo, my hair noticeably fell out less, and I always had a lot of heat at the crown of my head. After washing, it would smell at the crown and get oily quickly, but that strangely went away. This is truly my favorite shampoo.

  The price is quite evil. The characteristic of functional shampoos is that they don't lather well. This one really doesn't lather up. You have to use it consistently.

  Tip

  If you lukewarm water your hair before showering and then shampoo after showering, you can use less shampoo and the lather will be better since your hair will be swollen. Massage it in and let it sit for about 10 minutes before rinsing. Great, great, great!
