  I have very serious acne skin, so I'm doing a lot of skincare, but after using this pack, my acne subsided significantly the next day. The acne that had not gone away for almost a year... no matter what I did, it wouldn't go away, and even when I applied ointment, it was only temporary.   The sheet is a gel-type, with visible gold pearls. It's not a regular thin sheet. It's non-irritating and pleasant on the skin. I'm very sensitive, so I usually can't use oil-based products, but this didn't have any problematic ingredients and didn't cause any breakouts or itchiness. The pack is not soaked in essence, but when you apply it, it feels cooling and refreshing, and your complexion looks brighter and clearer the next day. At least that's what happened for me.   My acne hasn't gotten any worse. Just doing a daily sheet mask is fine.

  Cons

  The gel-type sheet mask is split in half on my face, so it slides around easily. The essence itself doesn't absorb well into the sheet, so I have to let it absorb into my face first before applying the sheet.

  There's really nothing special about it. Lie down when using it. If you sit up, it all just slides down.
