Even after washing your face in the evening, when you still feel extremely dry, apply a moisture mask generously after toning and go to sleep without rinsing it off. Although it is recommended to rinse it off 10 minutes later, not doing so and just going to sleep doesn't seem to cause major breakouts the next morning.

Do not wash your face. Apply a moisturizing pack or cream morning and night, and then apply an oil on top. I've been using it intermittently for about 15 years. Among the Aveda ingredients, this is one of the better ones to use. It has a transparent gel-like texture with rose extract.

It feels like aloe vera gel, so when you apply it to your skin, it feels refreshing. The moisturizing sensation makes me feel good, and when I apply it and wake up, there is a soothing feeling.

The wash-off method is the original way to use it, but if you do that and rinse it off, it actually leaves a drying feeling. I used the wash-off method three times (applying it to different skin conditions) and from then on, I applied it as the last step of my skincare routine before going to bed.
