The Super Reeves shampoo is truly a life-changing product! I usually use the Volume & Shine shampoo, but even in the hot summer, my dry scalp still gets oily quickly (my hair gets greasy by the late afternoon after washing it in the morning ㅜㅜ) I tried the Clarifying shampoo for summer, and it definitely prevents the oil from building up as easily. Given the hot weather and sweating when going out, my scalp may start to smell by the evening, but my hair stays fresh and non-greasy until night. Just like the Volume & Shine, this shampoo also lathers well and cleanses effectively. Some people find the packaging inconvenient, but I actually see it as a plus. As you use it, you get the hang of controlling the amount, and being able to flip it over and use every last drop is great for me. I didn't really feel a cooling or refreshing sensation when using it, and as a woman with long hair, I felt my hair was a bit stiff right after shampooing. So I would recommend this for men or suggest women use a conditioner or hair oil along with it. ✔Since I'm a postpartum reviewer, my hair doesn't get oily even if I don't wash it for a week. First of all, I was surprised by the volume when I received it, but as you can see in the photos, it's not a small size, but a slightly heavy one. Personally, I prefer large volumes, so it was an advantage for me. When I first used it, the texture was transparent when it was squeezed onto my hands, and when I gently rubbed it, it immediately turned into a white foam. There are some shampoos that have a more watery texture, and some that have a thicker, "sticky" feel, and this product was closer to the latter. Because of this, I was a bit worried that it wouldn't remove the sebum very well. As the weather gets colder, I've been getting a lot more dandruff and my hair seems to get oily faster... So I've been trying out sulfate-free shampoos and shampoos with good ingredients, and I recently received this product! My scalp is an extreme oily type - it starts getting oily around 3pm and by the time I wash my hair in the evening, it looks like I haven't washed it for days. But right after washing, it gets really dry and itchy, and I often get dandruff, which is so stressful ㅠㅠ The formula was like a soothing gel, not too watery or too thick - just a nice medium consistency. It felt like it flowed well, so I could quickly lather it up and focus on massaging it into my scalp. I thought the good ingredients meant it wouldn't lather well, but it actually lathered up nicely. After rinsing the top of my head and doing a quick rinse, when I washed my whole head again, it felt really clean. Even with my long, thick hair, I didn't need to use a lot of the shampoo. A lot of people don't like the scent, but my nose isn't that sensitive, so I thought it was fine... It had a kind of natural, floral scent. After using it consistently for about a week, the oiliness was similar or a bit slower than other shampoos, but most importantly, my hair didn't feel as dry and itchy after washing.
