It's a skin-colored primer that doesn't feel oily like Urban Decay. (It just gives a transparent feel when applied.) Urban Decay often had the oil layer separated from the contents, but this one didn't have that issue. Even though it's a tube, the contents don't come out excessively, and it applies thinly and matte without the oiliness of Urban Decay, so the application feels clean. (It's comfortable to just dab a small amount on the back of your hand.) It creates a smooth base for applying eyeshadow, making eye makeup easier. The brush glides smoothly. My eyes are extremely prone to creasing and oil buildup, but the creasing and oil issues were significantly reduced. I'm very satisfied with this aspect.
ConsThe eyeshadow longevity isn't perfect since my eyes tend to smear a lot. But among the primers I've tried, this is the best one. I'm grateful that even when the eyeshadow moves a bit on my eyes, there's no creasing, and the oil doesn't come through.

I've also tried Urban Decay, but personally, that had a creasing issue. The Too Faced one has no creasing and applies more thinly and adheres well. Using this, there's also much less smudging. On days when the color is really pretty but the pigmentation is lacking or the staying power is weak, I tend to use an eye primer.
ConsIt's probably about accessibility and price..ㅠㅠ Since it ends up costing over $20 including tax, I'm not sure if it's worth going through the trouble of direct purchase.. But I'd still recommend it to those who can afford it!ㅋㅋ
Tip- If you apply it moderately to the under-eye bags and the triangle area, the eyeshadow, liner, and mascara don't smudge at all:) But that might be because my skin is dry..ㅎㅎ - And on days when I use a highly pigmented eyeshadow as a base, I don't apply the eye primer; the color payoff is just too intense ㄷㄷ - For those whose eye makeup stubbornly smudges no matter what, finishing with a powder is a must;)

ConsMy eyelids and undereye area turned red and swollen after I used the eye primer After applying it and removing my makeup that evening, it was painful, irritating, and my eyelids felt stuffy - I thought I was going to die... The eye primer doesn't seem good for people with sensitive eyes I haven't tried other brands, but I've seen reviews saying Urban Decay also caused swelling. In the summer when makeup tends to break down a lot, I'll have to go on a 'nomadic' search for eye primers

I have extremely oily eyelids, so eyeshadows tend to bleed and have poor longevity, leaving me with a cursed eye area. I've tried all the famous eye primers (Urban Decay, Benefit, Etude House, etc.), but they all either make my eyes look greasy or don't last long enough.ㅠ Before using the Eyeshadow Insurance, I would just apply concealer on my lids and set it with a bit of powder, then do my eye makeup. It would last most of the day, but I'd have to touch it up once or twice. When I first used this product and did my eye makeup, I was amazed by the pigmentation... It's incredible!!!!! And contrary to my assumption, the blending was incredibly smooth and natural. The formula is slightly creamy, and just a tiny bit spread evenly on the lids absorbs to a semi-matte finish. The eyeshadow application and blending were truly flawless. I even went out drinking (hehe...) the day I first used it, and over 30 hours later, my eye makeup was still intact!!! I was in awe, awe, awe... The only thing was that my mascara had smudged a bit under my eyes, but the eyeshadow hadn't budged an inch. Two thumbs up for this product!
ConsThe downside is that it's an imported product, so when I store it for a while during my travels or business trips, the oil and water layers sometimes separate. But a good shake can fix that.
TipUse the tiniest amount, just a speck the size of an eye booger! Gently dab and spread it on your lids, don't rub. It'll set to a semi-matte finish right away, so you can go ahead and do your eye makeup.ㅎㅅㅎ
