Pros
I bought the toner at a low price, and since it was said to have a synergistic effect when used with the LED mask, I used it, but my face became drier and I developed blemishes.

Pros
It absorbs quickly and is not too oily, leaving a refreshing feel! The texture is supple. It can be used comfortably throughout the seasons. The fragrance is also mild. It does not smear when applying makeup on top of it.
Cons

When applied at night and woken up the next day, it definitely brightens the skin. It's different from the days I didn't use it.

It's not bad, suitable for oily skin in the summer. I have oily skin, so it's okay, but I have no intention of repurchasing. There are no blemishes, but no functionality, just moisturizing.

This cream is one of the top 1% of creams I've tried. I love this cream♡ It's just as good as expensive creams. I bought the Neutrogena mask pack and used the free sample, then purchased the full-size product. It's even better than the LED mask~ (The mask pack is just sitting there unused..ㅠㅠ) First of all, it's not sticky at all and has a refreshing feel. I applied it and went to bed, and when I woke up the next day, my face looked so bright. I checked the ingredients and saw niacinamide at the top of the list. I thought it might just be a placebo effect, but every day I applied it and woke up with an unusually bright complexion, I was amazed~ It's great!!! It's not a tone-up cream, it's a gel cream. Usually, even with whitening products, I don't see much effect, but I wonder how much whitening ingredient they put in this to get such great results. It seems like other products might have been stingy with the whitening ingredients. I'm too lazy to write reviews, but I want to let everyone know about this so it doesn't get discontinued.
