The way it applies with a transparent, stained effect is pretty and nice. It's not quite blue, but not quite not blue either...
Cons
It's a discontinued item, and the version I have is the manicure brush one, so it's a bit scratchy. ㅋᩚㅋᩚ I realized a month after buying it that a more muted, bluish lip would have been much better for me.. But at least I got it cheaply. I apply it occasionally over my bare lips.
Tip
Since the manicure brush is a bit scratchy, I'm mainly using a plastic applicator on top of it.
