It's great that it's an all-in-one product! My 7-year-old son is using it, and the hair feels soft even when using it as a shampoo. The fragrance is nice, and there's no tightness after use. The ingredients are also gentle, so I use it frequently.
Cons
It's inconvenient to open and close the lid. It would be better if it came out through a pump. Some may say the amount is small, but personally, I prefer the smaller amount. I'm also concerned about the expiration date, and I don't like using the same product for a long time. These are the only downsides I can think of.

Pros
My child is 10 years old. These are the products we've used since infancy up to 9 years old. It has a tropical fruit scent. It's nice to use the shampoo and body wash together.
Cons
To be honest, there weren't any major issues, so I can't really think of anything I was particularly unhappy about. Now that my child is older, we've switched to using the same products as mom. Haha.

Pros
I switched to Busen products. My older child (elementary school) is using it, and the lather is good and the scent is nice. The child is satisfied and using it well.
Cons
The disappointing part is that since the hair is long, it seems difficult to just use the shampoo. I had them use the Sante conditioner together as well.

The fragrance is incredibly pleasant...the lather forms well, so even a small amount can be used...my 6-year-old sibling is also using it well~ I'll likely repurchase..

There doesn't seem to be anything particularly disappointing...if I had to nitpick, the fragrance is a bit too strong, and it doesn't seem to be made with entirely natural ingredients..

Above all, the ingredients are gentle and the fragrance is a bit richer and nicer than the baby line. The cleansing power was also good.

I switched to this product from Johnson's Baby and... the lather is good, the scent is not too overpowering and seems quite pleasant. The only downside is the packaging is a bit inconvenient. The hair doesn't feel too stiff after use and seems quite nice.
