  It seems hygienic to use since it's a pump-type. If the fact that it's a product made by a dermatologist is a selling point, then that's a plus. (That's why I purchased it as well..)

  When I first bought it, the lid was already open, and the contents spilled out from the bottom lid.. It's an expensive cosmetic product, but the packaging is not great.. And even though my skin isn't particularly dry, there's a feeling of tightness.. I can't see any skin radiance or anything like that..   Pros

  The pump-type packaging is very convenient and hygienic. Although it's a cream, it has a lotion-like texture, so it applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. I think it would be even better to use in the summer. There's no issue with it sliding or moving around after application. It's not heavy and just sinks right in. The moisturizing effect also lasts well the next day.
