Pros
The Penhaligon's Orange Blossom perfume is a fragrance I use regularly, so I would be delighted if the lip balm had an orange blossom scent as well. The application is smooth and very pleasant. My lips tend to be very dry, and I often peel them with my fingers, but this lip balm keeps them moisturized so I don't feel the need to do that. It's the most satisfying lip balm I've used so far.
Cons
There aren't really any downsides, but like other lip balms, the formula does get softer in high temperatures. I bought it to carry around with me, but I can't use a spatula, so I have to apply it directly with my fingers, which isn't very hygienic, especially during the pandemic. So I just use it at home, applying it with clean hands.
Tip
It has a nice glossy finish, so if I apply a tint and then use this lip balm on top, it creates a natural, great-looking result.

Pros
First of all, it's small and cute, so it's lightweight and easy to carry around! The scent is not overpowering or artificial, but just the right amount of cosmetic fragrance~ I think even men who are not sensitive would be fine with it! I've tried a lot of other brands' solid lip balms, and in comparison, this one has a nicely firm texture that's not too soft or too hard! Highly recommended!
Cons
The lip balm is a bit on the pricey side. But it's worth the higher price, haha.

Pros
I purchased the Penhaligon's Orange Blossom lip balm at the duty-free shop. It used to be only available at the duty-free shop, but now it can be found online as well. Penhaligon's is a well-known British perfume brand, and the Orange Blossom perfume is often referred to as Song Hye-kyo's signature scent. After a few swipes, the lip balm leaves a slight coating on the hands. It seems transparent and good. Pros
Once applied, it lasts for about 3 hours without needing another lip balm. However, it's not a lightweight feel, so I usually apply it at night before bed. But it's not overly heavy either. I bought it because the case is pretty, and it exceeded my expectations.
Cons
The case is inconvenient to open. It has a sticky finish.
