The slightly acidic toner with PHA was an excellent toner for me, a oily-skinned person, as it only provided the necessary moisture without any stickiness.
Cons
The only downside is that there is a slight stickiness right after application, until it is fully absorbed.

The product is so refreshing and vibrant🐥🐥 I'm a toner nomad, but I think I've found my match with this one.. It's a mild acidic toner that balances moisture and oil, so you just need to swipe it on with a cotton pad and you're good to go!! After using it, my skin doesn't feel dry at all, and the finish is so hydrating and lovely. The scent is also subtly sweet and comforting, and it doesn't contain any artificial fragrances, which is amazing..💙 Oh, and the packaging has an amp??
