I am actually receiving treatment for atopic dermatitis. I was worried that the products sold at the dermatology clinic didn't suit me, but I received a gift of the Goodcera body wash, which is formulated with ceramides and mild acidity, and I've been using it. I'm now on my third bottle. Being an oil wash, it doesn't lather up too much, but it leaves my skin feeling moisturized (the oil texture is really great for my atopic skin). And since I've been looking for skin-friendly products, I dislike washes or lotions made with synthetic fragrances, but this wash has a ceramide scent, which is almost fragrance-free, and it's exactly what I was looking for. Using this fragrance-free product has made me dislike body washes with fruit or floral scents, as I can't stand the fragrance. I hope the Goodcera line doesn't get discontinued or sold out. I want to use it for a long time.

Pros
I've changed not only my face but also my body with this product. I liked it even more because the ingredients are safe. The makeup on my face washes off well, and I've been using this instead of a body scrub. It rinses off cleanly and thoroughly, making my summer showers so much more comfortable.
Cons
The pump part doesn't stay on and off very well, so it's inconvenient.

The Goodsera Atoril Relief Oil Wash leaves your skin feeling moisturized even after rinsing it off. It's not a squeaky clean type, so it can be used on the face without any issues.
