It has a reddish hue! I don't really use the black mascara because it looks too heavy. The eyeliner also looks a bit heavy, so I don't use it much either! So I was looking for a brown mascara and found this one! The color is so lovely and mysterious! I've been alternating between this product and a ginger brown color! I'll be so sad if it gets discontinued. It doesn't really come off even when I go swimming. But after playing in the water for a while, the deep color faded a bit and the pink tone became more prominent.
