I didn't use a night cream because I didn't like heavy creams. This cream is a night cream, but when I tried the sample, it wasn't heavy, so I used it as a day/night cream. When using it as a day cream, I used it in the order of toner-serum-cream, about 2/3 the size of a bean. When using it as a night cream, I used only toner-cream according to the product instructions, but I applied it more generously, about 1 and 1/2 beans. The texture is closer to a moisture cream than a night cream, so it applies well.
