I read the reviews here and consulted the esthetic site before purchasing, and the usage experience was actually quite good. When applied, it creates a thin oil film feeling, so it really helped with my dry skin.

I followed someone on Instagram who purchased Epigran and I decided to buy it too. The Epigran reviews were so good that I ordered it without high expectations, thinking I'd only be fooled once. But to my surprise, I saw the effects right after using it for just one day. This is the first product I've used that shows such immediate results. My skin type is sensitive and reactive - I usually break out in cystic acne and closed comedones if I use just about anything. But after using Epigran, my closed comedones have improved significantly and my cystic acne has calmed down a lot. It's great for improving skin texture and really effective for acne. Now I can't imagine being without it, so I always stock up whenever there's a group purchase.
Cons
If you're sensitive to scents, you may find the smell a bit bothersome when applying it. But I think it's a small price to pay for the skin benefits. The smell is reminiscent of soy sauce, but you'll come to love it. And yes, the price is on the higher side.
Tip

I've been applying toner, followed by the Hoba oil, before using the serum. Come to think of it, I've used quite a lot - around 6-7 bottles? I didn't use them continuously from the start though. I initially bought them from a blogger's online store and used them consistently, and my skin didn't have any issues. It felt good, but it's a bit of a mixed feeling!? If I stop using them, my skin might get worse, and I'd feel like something's missing, so I keep using them, but it feels like I'm using them even when I don't necessarily need to!? That's why I didn't repurchase for a while, but then I saw them being sold really cheap on a home shopping channel a few months ago! So I bought 3 bottles and have been using them again. Now that I think about it, I didn't really feel a big void when I stopped using them... I probably won't repurchase them again.

There's really nothing bad about them. The soy sauce-like scent even becomes comforting (?) after a while.
