I've been using it for 6 months, hoping to see improvements in blackheads and sebum. How to use? Lather it up like soap on your nose, under your mouth, and between your eyebrows! You need to keep massaging it until the black turns to a grayish color! Then, rinse it off. Effects? The whiteheads do seem to disappear, but I'm not sure about the blackheads... Some of them do go away, but the deeply rooted ones seem to remain. However, it does make my skin feel smoother and more supple after use, even if it doesn't completely clear out all the blackheads.
