Pros

Honestly, I didn't know the ingredients were like this, but if the ingredients are bad, my hair is incredibly soft and fluffy. Even though my hair is bleached, using this makes the comb glide through easily. The effects are really good.

Pros
While using the yeast pack, there was less tangling of my hair after washing and drying it. Now that I've used it up, I'm using a regular hair pack I had at home, but the ends of my hair feel stiff and tangled... I'll have to switch back to the yeast pack.
Cons
It's a bit more watery than regular hair packs, I guess you could say. That's why when you squeeze the tube, too much comes out haha.
