  Since I have troublesome skin with acne, I usually avoided using lotions with a lot of oil.   I used it well together with the same line moisturizer. Since the Benefit moisturizer is selling well, I switched from using Kiehl's, which was stinging, and this one doesn't have any stinging sensation. It's not too lightweight when used alone, and it doesn't feel sticky either, so I used it well. It seems to be similar to just using the toner, except for very dry winter days.
