It has a slightly refreshing feeling and it's really good I can't quite describe it, but when I apply it, I feel good My skin also seems to be improving (it could be due to other products) I plan to continue using this toner

I've been using the Dactor quite a bit! But I really felt that moisture - it felt like my skin was being filled with moisture! I'm considering buying another one.
Cons
At first, well, I'm sensitive to scents, but the scent wasn't unpleasant (personally).
Tip
After using it as a cleansing balm on a cotton pad, apply a proper amount and let it absorb further into your skin, and the moisture will be amazing! 👍👍

Ample capacity. Excellent value. Incredibly moisturizing Inexpensive yet surprisingly high-quality Not just a runny mist

You can think of it as a regular diluted toner ✔ I've been using it for 1 month now ✔ I've mostly used Makeuppreme products and have been using them mainly for their 'minimal irritation' on the skin, rather than their effectiveness. 😢 But when I tried using it when my skin was a bit sensitive, 🤦‍♀️ it felt a bit stingy and prickly🤦‍♀️ so I had to use a soothing pack again. ✔ If you prefer products with fragrance, it might be fine for you, but I don't like strong scents, so I feel the fragrance is a bit strong. ➕ You can also see that the ingredients include some that I don't particularly prefer, but I bought it for 13,000 won when it was on sale last time. I thought it wouldn't be bad to use it as a cleansing toner, but it's ❌ not very suitable. ✔ The product also absorbs too quickly, and even after wiping it twice, I only feel a slight sense of moisture.

It's refreshing and I didn't apply anything at first, and when I did, it blended in well, which is great. And above all, the fragrance is nice.
Cons
It seems like something is coming out and my skin has become sensitive. And I bought a bunch of the makeup primer products because they said the ingredients were all good, but... something keeps coming out, so it's a waste of money and really frustrating.

I enjoy the lightweight formula of this skin. It applies smoothly and leaves a clean finish.
Cons
I purchased the Make Prem products as a set, and this item was included. However, the overall Make Prem line feels quite drying. They claim it's hydrating, but it's really just a regular skin. I'm not sure about the moisturizing properties.
Tip
Purchasing Make Prem products at full price is extremely expensive... I bought two sets of their serum and emulsion products on their website, and when they launched at Lohbs, there were additional gifts, which was frustrating. It's better to buy them during sales.

I bought 2 for 20,000 won at Lohbs. I gave one to my boyfriend. What a steal! I bought it because they said the ingredients are gentle, but it turns out it contains 2 out of 20 ingredients. I didn't have any trouble with it. The scent is a faint ginger, I'd say. It might be divisive, but the subtle scent is fine with me. And it's very moisturizing. I soaked a cotton pad with it, and I used it not 7 times, but just once, and I've already used it all up. I bought it in March, so it's been just under 2 months. It was that good.
Cons
I think I've found a decent toner, but if they told me to buy 1 bottle for that price, I wouldn't. I bought it cheaply, and I do like it a lot from using it, but it's way too expensive for the quality.
