  The product has an SPF50 PA++++ function. I purchased it immediately after seeing the magazine advertisement a few years ago (in 2017).   It's moisturizing. In a way, it may feel a bit oily, but it doesn't seem bad to me. There are a lot of sunscreens that are extremely drying, so this is better than that.
