  While it's true that I may hesitate to purchase it in the future since it's a Japanese brand, the cleansing power is good for the price and I like it. It's a tube-type product that comes out like a foam, but turns into an oil when rubbed. The scent is not unpleasant, and I've been using several bottles of it. :) By the way, after using it, I'm doing a double cleanse with another foam, and I'm also using a separate eye makeup remover, so I haven't been able to confirm the cleansing power on mascara and eyeliner.
