  It's incredibly moisturizing. I think it would look beautiful on those with summer cool-toned or muted skin tones. On days when I want to pretend I'm a summer cool-toned person, I wear this along with the NARS blush Impassioned. It's such a delicate, innocent color. I think it would also pair well with wedding makeup.
