  This is a refreshing and invigorating shampoo. I use it in conjunction with a bar soap shampoo, and when my scalp starts to feel stiff and itchy from the bar soap, I switch to this shampoo. This shampoo itself doesn't make my hair feel super soft and silky, but the ingredients are gentle, and the price is reasonable ;)

  Cons

  You have to purchase it from iHerb, and the packaging may be a bit inconvenient. But the shampoo itself was not a problem.

  Avedas Rosemary Mint Shampoo is expensive, but it's affordable, has a nice scent, is free of harmful ingredients, and I really love it~ You can also support animal protection.

  Cons

  The conditioner doesn't flow out well, so you have to open the lid and shake it out when about half is used, which is a bit disappointing.

  This has been a well-made product for the past few years. Personally, I have used it for over a decade and have no regrets. First of all, it does not contain silicone and lacks the disliked SLS~~ series. I have been ordering it directly from iHerb for years, and it has not caused any harm to my hair. While occasional angeling has occurred, my hair has not become thicker or fallen out more. Even though I should be experiencing more hair loss due to aging, this product has helped maintain the status quo, for which I am grateful. My hair has become stronger and appears thicker, which I appreciate. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using this product or because I've stopped using drugstore products, but I don't feel this product is harmful. I'm satisfied with that. The shampoo is very refreshing, and the rosemary scent is quite pleasant. For this type of shampoo, the lather is unusually rich. (Personally, I don't like that.)

  After shampooing, I felt refreshed and there was no irritation at all, even though I thought there might be. It lathers up really well~

  It does feel a bit stiff after rinsing it all out with water haha but after drying, it becomes really soft
